Workers, employers and organisations around the world united to highlight the importance of acting together for safety at work.<\/strong><\/p>\n

28 April is World Day for Safety and Health at Work, established in 2003 by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) to raise awareness of the need to prevent occupational accidents and diseases.<\/p>\n

This year’s message, which we at Bracchii fully endorse, is: “Let’s act together for a positive health and safety culture!”<\/strong><\/a>, because safeguarding your personal safety also means protecting the health and safety of those around you.<\/p>\n

The numbers of accidents in the workplace are not in line with our expectations, which is why we need to increase knowledge and awareness of the issue, with the promotion and adoption of individual best practices. Everyone can do their part by learning to think and act safely, for themselves and for others.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A path to be taken one step at a time, but all together in the same direction, because safety is a team effort!<\/strong><\/p>\n
