The Bracchii Sustainability Report 2025, now in its third edition, is available online.
The document outlines the journey undertaken by the Group in recent years to integrate ESG principles into its corporate strategy and day-to-day operations, sharing results, objectives and concrete actions.
The Report is not only a reporting tool, but also a statement of vision: a constant commitment to responsible development, capable of combining economic growth, people focus and environmental protection.
Prepared in line with the main international standards (including ESRS and SVME Standards), the Report covers the three key areas of ENVIRONMENT, SOCIAL and GOVERNANCE.
ENVIRONMENT
In 2025, Bracchii made significant progress in reducing its environmental impact:
- 73% reduction in diesel consumption
- 88% reduction in natural gas consumption
- 100% of purchased energy from renewable sources
- Fleet renewal with vehicles compliant with the Euro 6 standard
- Introduction of a waste monitoring system, with all waste now directed to recovery and reuse
SOCIAL
Strong focus was placed on people and safety:
- 87% increase in reported near misses, confirming a growing safety culture
- Reduction in the injury severity rate
- 5,934 hours of training delivered (+51% compared to 2024), equal to an average of 16 hours per employee
- 85% of employees on permanent contracts
- 24% new hires, supporting the Group’s growth
- Increase in the female workforce (+10%) and in the number of employees under 30
GOVERNANCE
The Report confirms Bracchii’s commitment to ethical, transparent and continuously improving governance, within a Group that is increasingly international while remaining deeply connected to its values and local communities.
The Sustainability Report 2025 is the result of the contribution of many corporate functions and represents a shared asset in which everyone can play a part.
